Beyond real estate, Declan works as a low-voltage electrician, giving him a practical, behind-the-walls understanding of how homes function. This real-world experience allows him to guide clients with added confidence, clarity, and attention to detail throughout the process.

Declan purchased his first home on Maryland’s Eastern Shore in 2021, a milestone that sparked his passion for real estate. Having grown up on the Western Shore and now owning property on the Eastern Shore, he brings valuable perspective on both sides of the Bay.
